This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of procurement and collection of non-timber forest resources by citizens for individual personal needs. It shall be applicable to non-edible non-timber forest products, including woody forage for personal agricultural animals. Removal of moss shall be performed manually, without use of mechanical means. Procurement of branches of coniferous forest tree species shall be performed from cut trees in cutting and timber extraction areas. Timber extraction of spruce for New Year celebrations shall be performed in forest areas subject to clearing.
