Abstract

This Act lays down certain amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 13 of 2005 concerning hunting of certain bird species, in accordance with the derogation regime provided in article 9 of Directive 79/409/EEC. Article 2, which specifies the species that may be hunted pursuant to that derogation, is entirely replaced. Further amendments regard control and monitoring to ensure that total allowable catches are not exceeded.
