Abstract

This Act lays down the new derogation regime to be applied in the Veneto Region as regards the capture of wild birds, pursuant to article 9 of Directive 79/409/EEC. Article 2 lists out the bird species which may be hunted according to such derogation regime, in compliance with the conditions and total allowable catch established by the Annex attached.
