Abstract

This Act, among other things: (a) grants regulation-making powers to the Secretary of Health with respect to fish and fishing and adulteration and misbranding of food, drugs, or milk and the manufacture, compounding, processing, extracting, preparing, storing, selling and offering for sale or for consumption or use of any food; (b) prohibits the importation of specified birds; (c) prohibits the accumulation of rubbish or garbage; and (d) provides for the inspection of food.
