Abstract For the purposes of paragraph 18 of the Protection of the Sea (Powers of Intervention) Act 1981, the Australian Maritime Safety Authority shall be notified of a change in the ownership of the ship, a change of master of ship or a change of owner of tangible asset by means and the manner specified in these Regulations.
