Entry into force notes
This Regulation commences on 1 September 2004. The provisions of Schedule 1 to this Regulation that relate to clauses 19F, 19G and 19H of the Protection of the Environment Operations (Clean Air) Regulation 2002 commence on 15 November 2004.
Abstract

This Regulation implements the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 by providing specifications on the procedure for the notification of penalties for offences prescribed by the Act and by related regulation.
