Abstract

These Regulations amend the Products Containing Meat etc. (Scotland) Regulations 2014 by inserting a reference to section 22 of the Food Safety Act 1990 (defence of publication in the course of business). The effect of the amendment is that the defence provided for in section 22 applies for the purposes of the principal Regulations.
