Abstract

The Order, in compliance with Council Directives 91/497/EEC, 91/498/EEC and 92/120/EEC, sets forth health rules on the production and marketing of fresh meat intended for human consumption from domestic animals. It establishes the hygiene conditions applying before and after slaughtering of animals.
