Abstract These provisions amend and supplement Port Reception Facilities for Ship-Generated Wastes and Cargo Residues. In particular a new regulation is inserted, establishing that any person shall provide the Authority for Transport in Malta, when requested to do so and without delay, all statistics and other information. Further addenda and amendments concern fees to be paid and the form for transmitting the information to be notified before the entry into the ports concerned.
