Abstract

These Regulations, among other things: (a) prohibit specified activities in relation to any defined sub-standard plastic material or article; (b) prohibit the use of monomers and additives in the manufacture of plastic materials and articles other than in accordance with specified conditions; (c) specify the required standards for the composition of products and relating to overall migration limits from plastic materials or articles to food; (d) make provision with respect to sampling and analysis of products, enforcement and offences.
