Abstract This Law provides for the protection and improvement of plants and grass crops. The Law contains measures for seeking, controlling and protecting species from all kinds of pests and diseases and for phytosanitary control. It regulates all terms and conditions that are necessary for the correct production, treatment or processing, import, stocking and trade of grass crops, grass crop products, regulates authorized facilities as well as terms of care and protection of species' health.
