Abstract

The plants or parts of plants set out in the first column of the First Schedule may be imported into Zanzibar without permit provided that they originate from countries specified in the second column of the First Schedule (sect. 2). Plants set out in the Second Schedule are exempt from the necessity to of being examined by an inspector in accordance with section 5(1) of the Plant Protection Order, 1960.
