Abstract

These Regulations amend the Plant Pests and Diseases (Importation) Regulations by replacing the First Schedule to those Regulations. The First Schedule lists fees for services such as fumigation of plants, fruits and other commodities, treatment of tobacco seeds and other material against diseases and pests, issuing of phytosanitary certificates, inspection of fresh commodities for importation and exportation, inspection of nurseries and treatment of means of transport.
