Abstract

These Regulations amend, for England, the provisions of the Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 1994 so as to give effect to Community legislation which removes some of the rules regarding the grading of pig carcases that were specific to the UK. The Regulations make consequential amendments to the 1994 Regulations and provide with respect to weighing and marking of pig carcases.
