Abstract

The present Regulations implement the Environmental Protection Act. In particular, the Regulations make provisions on use and disposal of pesticides. The Regulations – consisting of 25 sections – deal with the following aspects: licences, purchase and sale of pesticides; storage, disposal of containers, storage areas. One Schedule is enclosed.
