Abstract

These Regulations implement the Environmental Protection Act by further providing on pesticides use and disposal. The Regulations cover licences (sects. 3-6), the sale of pesticides, handling, storage, transporting and application of pesticides (sect. 9), disposal of containers (sect. 12) and storage areas (sect. 13).
