Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Pest Control Products Act. In particular, the Regulations establish that registrants, a company in whose name a pesticide is registered, are required to report sales information about their pesticides . The text – consisting of 12 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: report on sales, interim reporting, use of estimates, records and coming into force.
