Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Pest Control Products Act. In particular, the Regulations provides for fees and charges to be paid for pest control products. The text consists of 11 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Fees for the examination of an application in respect of a pest control product (1); Annual charge (2); Repeal and coming into force 3). Two Schedules are enclosed.
