Abstract

These Regulations are made by the Minister of Environment, Climate, Tourism and Hospitality Industry in accordance with the Parks and Wildlife Act. It designates certain animals to be specially protected. Specially protected animals include the aardwolf, bat-eared fox, cheetah, gemsbok, lichtenstein’s hartebeest, pangolin, rhinoceros, roan and wild or hunting dog.
