Abstract

This Act provides for the establishment of some institutions engaged in developing and carrying out research with respect to the palm oil industry sector. The Act is divided into the following Parts: (I) Preliminary; (II) The Board; (III) The Institute; (IV) Financial provisions; (V) Cess; (VI) Audit and Annual Report; (VII) Supplementary. One Schedule is attached.
