Abstract Several amendments are hereby laid down to the Palm Oil Registration and Licensing Authority (Incorporation) Act 1976, mainly concerning the functions and powers of the Authority and cess on oil palm products. Moreover, the principal Act is hereby amended by substituting the words “palm oil” for the words “oil palm products” wherever appearing in paragraphs (c), (d) and (e) of Section 11, paragraphs (e) and (f) of subsection (1) of Section 12, Sections 26-31 and subsections (1) and (2) of Section 32.
