The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2005.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Civil Protection Law of 13 September 2004. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law on civil protection. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows; General provisions (I); Organization and tasks (II); Inspection management, civil protection obligation (III); Vocational training (IV); Interventions in favour of community (V); Protective structures (VI); Financing (VIII); Entry into force (IX).
