The present Law enters into force on 1 January 2005.
Abstract

The present Law implements the Federal Act of 4 October 2002 on Population Protection and Civil Protection. In particular, the Law regulates the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Act on protection of population, civil protection and protection of cultural property. The text consists of 33 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Tasks and responsibilities (II); Division (III); Training and employment (IV); Measures concerning building (V); Protection of cultural property (VI); Further measures (VII); Financing (VIII); Final provisions (IX).
