Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310) and the Federal Mining Ordinance of 23 October 1995 (BGBl. I p.1466). In particular, article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the Mining Office Saarbrücken is the competent authority for the implementation of the afore-mentioned Act and Ordinance.
