Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate, amongst others, the protection of the environment in mining activities. The text – consisting of 26 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: sphere of application, general duties, documents concerning safety and health protection, collaboration of entrepreneurs, control by responsible persons, precautionary and specific protective measures, waste disposal of mining material and penalties.
