The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 December 1999.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to conserve and cultivate the moors and their environment and promote their regeneration. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Provisions on protection (II); Final provisions (III).
