Abstract In order to combat quarantine pests, particularly "Pseudomonas solanacearum" (Smith), this Ordinance establishes the obligations to be fulfilled for the introduction and the placing on the market of seed potatoes. The certificate for import must accompany it. The information that should be provided within 24 hours from the introduction into the country of the seed potatoes, inter alia: (a) name of the varieties and quantity introduced; (b) storage place, address and date.
