The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 November 1997.
Abstract

An Ordinance to protect potatoes from diseases. Article 1 of this Ordinance establishes that the suspicion of a potato disease has to be notified at once to the competent authority. Once the disease is ascertained around the infected area a protected zone has to be declared. Part 2 contains special measures for individual harmful organisms. The Ordinance consists of 12 articles divided into 3 Parts.
