Abstract

An Ordinance to implement the Council Directive No. 98/57/EC of 20 July on the control of Ralstonai solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al. in Germany. It consists of 2 articles each one containing an Ordinance on certain potato diseases. They deal, inter alia, with notification to the competent authorities, infection of areas, special measures for individual harmful organisms, etc.
