Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2006.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Law of 4 February 2004 on protection of nature and landscape. In particular, the Ordinance implements and completes cantonal and federal provisions concerning the protection of endangered animals and plants and establishes protected species and protected areas. The text consists of 7 articles.
