Abstract The present Law enforces the federal legislation on nature protection. In particular, the Law aims at maintaining and improving the diversity of natural resources, while respecting private and public property, as well as individual needs. The Law shall also help to preserve natural living space and resources of people, animals, plants and fungi, as well as the beauty and uniqueness of nature and landscape.
