Abstract

An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources to implement the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1028/2006 on marketing standards for eggs and the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 557/2007 laying down detailed rules for implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1028/2006 on marketing standards for eggs. The quality and weight grading of eggs have to be indicated in all invoices and other related documents according to article 1. Furthermore, the text consisting of 10 articles deals with the following matters: publicity, collectors, packing centres and markets, description of bands and labels, and penalties.
