Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 1998.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the Cantonal Fisheries Law of 4 May 1997. In particular, the Ordinance deals with seasons, closed seasons and fishing permits, as well as fishing permit fees. The text consists of 15 articles.
