Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Health, Family and Youth lays down provisions relating to early infant food and successive feeding. Article 2 establishes that infant food may be brought into circulation only if it complies with the definitions and rules of the present Ordinance. The text consisting of 15 articles deals with the following matters: sphere of application, requirements, labelling, advertising, final provisions. Nine Annexes are enclosed.
