Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Federal Population and Civil Protection Act of 4 October 2002 and the related Ordinance of 5 December 2003. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the preparation and implementations of measures to : i) protect the population; ii) take care of protection seekers; iii) protect cultural heritage.
