Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law concerning the Animal Disease Law of 2 March 1993. The text deals with the following issues: contributions to be paid by animal owners, granting of subsidies, administration fees, special proceeding rules, detection of disease, proceedings for the assessment of animals, and penalties. The Ordinance consists of 7 articles divided into 3 Parts.
