Abstract

The present Law implements the Animal Disease Act of 11 April 2001. Article 1 establishes that the Ministry competent for veterinary matters and the Office for Consumer Protection, Agriculture and Land Consolidation are responsible for the correct application of the above-mentioned Law. The text consists of 26 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Competent authorities and tasks (1); Fund for animal diseases (2); Proceedings (3); Fees (4); Final provisions (5).
