The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2009.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law concerning the Animal Disease Act of 6 May 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competent authorities in the Canton of Aargau responsible to implement measures concerning the fight against animal disease and the disposal of non-edible animal by-products. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Fight against animal disease (1); Waste disposal of animal-by products (2); Final provisions (3).
