Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law concerning the Animal Disease Act of 6 May 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competent authorities in the Canton of Aargau responsible to implement measures concerning the fight against animal disease and the disposal of non-edible animal by-products.
