Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Hamburg Fishery Law of 22 May 1986. The text - consisting of 12 articles - deals with the following aspects: fishing charges, recreational fishing, fishing licence, examinations, commissions, fishing gear, protection of varieties, minimum size, and penalties.
