The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 2006.
Abstract

The present Ordinance regulates the enforcement of federal legislation on protection of waters. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the supply of potable water in emergencies. The text consists of 8 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Organization (II); Contributions for promotional measures (III); Final provisions (IV).
