Abstract

The present Regulations implement the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991 and the Cantonal Water Protection Ordinance of 16 March 2006. The Regulations shall be applied to farms with livestock. In particular, the purpose of the Regulations is to protect waters by limiting effluent waste water discharge of these establishments. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Sphere of application and purpose (1); Nutrient discharge (2); Storage capacity (3); Entry into force (4).
