The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2002.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Ordinance relating to the Federal Forest Act of 21 October 1998. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Cantonal Ordinance. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Organization of forests (I); Competent authorities (II); Entering, driving in and use of forest (III); Forest planning (IV); Contributions and credits from the federal state and the Canton (V); Contributions by forest owners (VI); Final provisions (VII).
