Abstract The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Forest Act of 4 October 1991. In particular, the Ordinance enforces and complete the federal legislation on forestry. Article 4 establishes that applications for land clearing shall be based on sound motivation. They shall be made public and appeals against them can be made within 30 days.
