Abstract The present Ordinance enforces the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Act on environment protection (Cantonal Environment Protection Law) of 26 January 2005. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Cantonal Law.
