Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law of 8 July 1998 relating to the Federal legislation on civil protection. Article 1 establishes that the Justice and Security Office is responsible for the correct and efficient implementation as far as the afore-mentioned Law is concerned, and the Civil Protection and Army Office is competent as far as the present Ordinance is concerned.
