Inter alia, article 19 establishing that requests for authorizations of feedstuffs or additives which fall under the Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council on genetically modified food and feed have to be addressed to the Federal Office for Food Safety; and article 21 lists the substances which are not allowed to be used as feedstuffs, nor for its production, nor be brought in any form into circulation, are reworded. An article 29a dealing with duty to inform the competent authorities if there exists any suspicion to endanger human or animal health is added.
