Abstract

An Ordinance to implement the Feedstuffs Act 1999 (BGBl. I No. 139/1999) regulating the production and marketing of animal feed. The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed such as "animal feed", "daily ration", "animal feedstuffs containing minerals "expiry date; "micro-organism", "plant protection products", etc. It is illegal to produce animal feed potentially harmful both to humans and animals.
