Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Ordinance on the establishment of requirements for regional quality wine for the wine growing areas of “Weinviertel” (BGBl. II No.23/2003). In particular, article 1 establishing that for wines until the year 2009 the existing alcohol content shall be indicated on the label with at least 12.0%.
