This Ordinance enters into force on 30 June 2010.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance amends 17 points of the Ordinance laying down requirements for the marketing of vegetable seed. In particular, the Ordinance amends definitions of certified seed of vegetables and standard seed of vegetables, and establishes exceptions from requirements for properties and quality of vegetable seed, originally specified in art. 9 of the amended Ordinance.
