The Order enters into force on 1 August 2006.
Abstract

The Order sets rules on protection and hunting of walrus (Odobenus rosmarus) in Greenlandic land and fishing territory. There are special provisions for access to the National Park in North and East Greenland and Nature Reserve in Melville Bay.
